Loch Ness Monster Reportedly Spotted Via Apple Maps

(PCM) Despite previous reports, it is actually Apple Maps that can boast that they have allegedly found the fabled Loch Ness Monster, not Google Maps.

The Official Loch Ness Monster Fan Club has claimed that images that were captured via Apple Maps satellite reveal a shadow in the loch’s waters. The same shadow cannot be seen on Google Maps.

According to the Huffington Post, the shadow is 100 feet long and features two flipper like appendages on either side.  The Apple maps satellite imagery can be viewed on both iPhones and iPads.

Many people online have already tried to shoot down the theory that the new captured image is indeed the mysterious Nessie, however the fan club stands behind their claim. The individuals that discovered the image feel that it is definitely more than just a shadow  and has a shape like nothing that has ever been seen.

Skeptics say it could be the shadow of a boat or some sort of submarine, however when viewing the image there is no boat in sight that could create the shadowy reflection in the first place.

Do you think we have found Nessie at last? If so, it seems she is a little less monstrous than anticipated.
