(PCM) A man in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania was recently arrested after he pulled his buildings fire alarm in hopes to get faster assistance for a clogged toilet issue. This was not just any toilet issue. The man’s toilet was somehow clogged and filled to the brim with potatoes.
Authorities in Delaware County responded to the fire alarm and the apartment building was evacuated while they investigated the incident. After they realized that there was indeed no fire or emergency they questioned the buildings residents and the man admitted that he had pulled the alarm to get faster attention for his clogged toilet issue. It was then that it was discovered the man had for some unknown reason shoved potatoes into his toilet.
The man claims that he had attempted to contact his buildings maintenance department, but when he received no response that is when he decided to take matters into his own hands. The man was arrested for pulling the false fire alarm and there has still been no clear answers as to why the potatoes were in the toilet.
