(PCM) The return of “The X-Files” television series is all the current buzz, so it is no surprise that the CIA would choose to get in on some of the action. They have now highlighted some of their declassified real X-Files that showcase images of UFO’s, flying saucer diagrams and more, much to the delight of show’s fans and conspiracy theorists alike.
Until now, we did not even know that the CIA had a blog, but apparently like the rest of us they do and used it to highlight particular declassified X-Files that they felt would be particularly interesting to the series characters Agent’s Mulder and Scully. Their blog posting reads as follows:
…we’ve decided to highlight a few documents both skeptics and believers will find interesting. Below you will find five documents we think X-Files character Agent Fox Mulder would love to use to try and persuade others of the existence of extraterrestrial activity. We also pulled five documents we think his skeptical partner, Agent Dana Scully, could use to prove there is a scientific explanation for UFO sightings. The truth is out there; click on the links to find it.
Many of the files appear to have logical explanations behind them, or perhaps that is just what “they” want you to think! Either way it is definitely fun to check out and theorize! You can check out the CIA’s blog posting and declassified X-Files here!
